The City of Maryville has engaged a consultant team to develop a downtown master plan for Maryville. This plan will study downtown’s existing conditions, collect community input and feedback throughout the process, and provide recommendations for land use, zoning, transportation, design, policy, and economic development. The community is invited to attend a Public Kick-off Meeting to learn about the project, meet the consultant team, hear about the existing conditions analysis, and share your ideas on various planning topics related to downtown such as future development, streetscapes, public spaces, and public art. The presentation will begin at 5:45pm and the input activities will be open for the two-hour duration. All are welcome.
