The Downtown Maryville Alliance (DMA) is organized to actively revitalize Maryville’s downtown as a vibrant, charming, and unique gathering place – one that utilizes the resources available through the Tennessee Main Street and the National Main Street Center’s Four Point approach to revitalization to include design, economic revitalization, organization, and promotions.
As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we aim to serve the community in the following ways:
Collaborate
As the connection point between government municipalities, downtown business owners and residents, area partners, and the community, the Downtown Maryville Alliance seeks to build partnerships between all who would benefit from having a thriving downtown community.

Advocate
Downtown Maryville Alliance advocates for Downtown Maryville by building relationships with the City, the County, Blount Partnership, and other civic stakeholders. The DMA seeks to provide resources for business owners, marketing the unique offerings of Downtown Maryville, and by engaging volunteers who donate their time and effort to make events and community initiatives successful.
Engage
The Downtown Maryville Alliance is a Main Street organization made up of individuals and businesses who want to see Downtown Maryville thrive. As we develop our program, more and more exciting initiatives, events and opportunities to get involved will come.

Be a Friend to Downtown Maryville by supporting our mission!
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the Downtown Maryville Alliance (DMA) is a tax-exempt organization, EIN 82 – 4970271. Any financial or in-kind contribution you make towards our mission of revitalizing downtown Maryville will be fully tax-deductible.
INDIVIDUALS
You don’t have to own a business to be a Friend! Individuals who donate will receive:
• Invitations to our downtown mixers and monthly “Downtown Drop-In” coffees
• Monthly “Downtown INSIDER” email highlighting the current downtown news
• A Downtown Maryville sticker
BUSINESSES
Businesses of any size and any geographic location can be a Friend by making an
annual donation towards our mission. Any donation amount is appreciated, but with a
minimum amount of $250 ($150 for non-profits), businesses will receive:
• Invitations to our downtown mixers and monthly “Downtown Drop-In” coffees
• Monthly “Downtown INSIDER” email highlighting the current downtown news
• A Downtown Maryville sticker and window cling
• Business logo on Downtown Maryville Alliance section of the website
• “Supporter” designation on the online business directory (downtown businesses only)

In addition to this base level of support, businesses and individuals have the opportunity to purchase sponsorships at all levels. In 2026, we have the option of annual sponsorships for an entire calendar year, as well as individual event opportunities. See below or contact us for more information.
